Caution
  • Do not exceed the specified dimensions in this catalog for clamp plate thickness and lower hole diameter.
    Otherwise, appropriate riveting can not be obtained.
  • Always use an adequate safety factor when making calculations since the strength figures shown in the catalog are the breaking strength, not the working load.
  • If the head of the blind rivet shaft moves or is loose after the rivet is properly set and flattened, it will not affect the holding strength of the rivet itself.

Caution
  • Install an air fileter, regulator and oiler between the compressed air supply and the pneumatic air riveter.
  • Be sure to wear safety goggles whenever operating the pneumatic air riveter.
  • Be sure to set mandrel collector while operating the pneumatic air riveter.
  • Supply the pneumatic air riveter with the correct amount of air pressure, 5-6 Kg/cm2.
  • Do not allow all the pneumatic air riveters and hand riveters to be subjected to any sharp impact such as hitting with hammer, dropping them, etc.,
  • Be careful not to get your hands pinched by the handle of the hand riveter.
  • Do not attempt to joint heavy objects such as pipes with the hand riveter.
  • Carefully read the entire instruction manual before using the riveter.
